Screen protectors

IQ Shield LiQuidSkin screen protector for S7 and S7 Edge

Not a fan of the standard peel-and-stick screen protectors? Sometimes they can be difficult to apply without air bubbles. If you don’t want to go through the hassle of applying a normal one, we’d suggest trying out a wet install screen protector. They’re very easy to install and usually keep your device free of air bubbles. They’re just as inexpensive as standard screen protectors too, which is always a bonus. For more information on the IQ Shield LIQuidSkin kit, follow the links below.

thanks man gonna get my s7 E on the 21st and was looking for an article like this

  • neural_physics

Remove the M70x and replace it with the M50x. Also, replace the Sandisk Ultra SD cards with Sandisk Extreme cards. Similar price but they are way faster.

  • WeededSquash

I’m just waiting for a full coverage glass screen protector for the S7, but the Tylt car charger looks nice

  • abn

That car charger, I must say very well done.

  • JLamar

    I should’ve used protection

    • MPLumos

Oh man holy crap that’s a crazy expensive drop!!
It hasn’t even been a week for most people who pre-ordered the S7 and got it on the 11th!!!

      • JLamar

Right. Assurant insurance, “not sure when we will have one in stock”.

    • Bighorner

No, you shouldn’t have dropped it.

      • JLamar

        Thanks, Captain Obvious.

  • Siralf

None of the wireless chargers are Quickcharge 2.0 certified (40% faster), even Samsung has one but it is not that model. Try Choetech Fast Wireless Charger for around 30 bucks.

The Anker Powercore 13000 is obsolete, try Powercore+ 13400 for quicker charges and better quality of materials, as well as more indicators for the remaining battery.

Headphones for 225? Those Audio-Technica ATH-M70x are not worth the extra money over the ATH-M50x, but if it were my money I’d choose the Sennheiser 598. They are the most comfortable headphones around and sound unbelievably good for 150 bucks. But is you want to spend 225 or so, go ahead and get the Bose Quietcomfort 25. No cables, the best ANC in the planet and very good sound, all wrapped by the most comfortable wireless headphones you can buy. You can even get calls with the added cable.

Cases: UAG that’s it! If you want it cheaper or they don’t have your device go to Spigen. If you want waterproof go to Lifeproof.

Screen Protectors: None are tempered glass, try Peyou or UTLK

This article has been through very little research and almost none of the suggestions are the best possible ones or close. Like uploading the list before anyone else was way more important than the actual list. Very disappointing AA.

    • Xavier

The samsung flat wireless fast charger is faster. They have a buy one get one free promotion plus 30% off when you register your phone, came out to $48. I got mine and it chargers as fast as the cable fast charger. Also just FYI the fast charge isn’t 2.0 its actually 1.67A @ 9.0v vs the 5.0v. The higher voltage gives you the faster charge.

    • That might not be a bad thing. Fast charging batteries, including the batteries in the Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, reduces their lifespan greatly. This is a fact, do your own research. A fact that phone manufacturers never share openly, and why would they? The sooner our new phones won’t hold a decent charge, the sooner we’ll buy a new phone. I just upgraded to the S7 because I lost my Note 4, I will never fast charge it. The fast charge adapter that came with the S7… staying in the box, indefinitely.

  • Mitch

Just dropped my s7 edge from 3-4 feet with a case on it, but it didn’t survive. So first off #$*@ Samsung and just a heads up it will cost $385 for LCD.
