The OnePlus 8 Pro makes the jump into true flagship territory. But the company known for creating the “affordable flagship” sticks to its roots with the regular OnePlus 8. It’s a watered-down version that retains some high-end features. What is really about the regular iteration is the display though. To keep it safe for as long as possible, these are some of the best OnePlus 8 screen protectors you can get now.
The best OnePlus 8 screen protectors:
Editor’s note: We will continue to update this list of the best screen protectors for the OnePlus 8 as more are released.
Consider a Dbrand skin
While skins don’t offer the same level of protection as a standard case, they do help prevent scratches and other wear and tear. More importantly, they provide a unique look to your phone that helps your device stand out in a crowd. Dbrand offers tons of unique materials for its skins, including designs like Dragon, Carbon Fiber, Stone, Leather, and many more. You can even choose different looks for the back, camera, and logo skins.

Ibywind TPU film
This two-pack of Ibywind TPU films does more than just protect the screen of your OnePlus 8. The affordable bundle also includes a carbon fiber patterned skin for the back of your phone and a protector for the camera lenses as well. Better yet, the 99% clear HD screen protector features self-healing properties and is designed to work with most cases. Precise cutouts make it easy to apply the protector as well as the patterned skin and camera protection.
Qitayo TPU film
Like the other TPU film options on this list, this Qitayo screen protector works seamlessly with the ultrasonic fingerprint reader. You might have to reset your print, but that’s common among screen protectors. The kit includes a squeegee to eliminate pesky bubbles and all three of the included protectors offer self-healing properties. An oleophobic and water-resistant coating helps to keep your display sleek and shiny.
LK TPU film
Yet another TPU film option, the LK screen protector comes in a long-lasting three-pack. It’s designed to absorb impacts and endure scratches with a self-healing layer while resisting UV light. The LK film is case-friendly and easy to apply with the dry method. You may have to reset your ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, but the film is thin enough that it will still be supported. An oleophobic layer helps to ensure that you enjoy your screen instead of smudges.
DDJ tempered glass
If you prefer a tempered glass solution, this DDJ option fits the bill. With a 9H hardness rating and special curved design, you should have no problems protecting your entire display. The DDJ screen protector attaches via UV light with a wet adhesive, so you’ll have to work carefully. Once attached, you will likely have to redo your fingerprint reader, although at least the screen protector is just 0.2mm thick.
Tamoria tempered glass
This two-pack from Tamoria is also a tempered glass solution. It’s just as durable as the DDJ solution and it even applies with the same UV technique. The glass is just 0.2mm thick and provides 99% clarity with a 9H hardness rating. Tamoria added an oleophobic layer as well as a 3D curved edge for full coverage and protection. As usual, you’ll have to replace your fingerprint once applied, but that should only take a moment.
