Delete a workout in the Fitness app

The easiest way to delete an unwanted workout from your Apple Watch is to locate the data in the Apple Fitness app on your paired iPhone.

  • Open the Fitness app on your paired iPhone and tap the Summary tab.
  • Next to Workouts, tap Show More.
  • Swipe left over the workout you want to delete and tap delete.
  • Tap Delete Workout & Data or Delete Workout only.

Delete a workout in the Health app

You can also delete workout data from Apple’s Health app.

  • Open the Health app on your paired iPhone and tap the Browse tab, then search for and tap Workouts.
  • Scroll down to and tap Show all Data.
  • Swipe left over the workout you would like to remove and tap delete, then tap Delete Workout & Data or Delete Workout only.
