Right now, the best place to pre-order the phone is Amazon. Doing so gets you two free gifts: a set of Samsung Galaxy Buds and a Duo Pad wireless charging deck. That’s well over a $150 value for free, and it comes with any of the three devices in the Galaxy S20 family.

If you have a phone you are willing to trade in, getting your pre-order from Samsung.com might be the best way to go. Samsung will pay you more money than usual for your old phone if you upgrade to an S20 device. High-end phones such as the Galaxy Note 10 Plus and iPhone 11 Pro Max will earn you $700 to put towards a Galaxy S20 phone. Older phones will get you much less, but it’s definitely worth checking to see what your device is worth before hitting the “Buy” button.
