An SoC is the heart of a smartphone. It can make or break your experience of using a handset. There are only a handful of chipset vendors in the Android chipset market, of which Qualcomm and MediaTek are the largest and most popular ones. You also have Samsung with its own Exynos processors, and then some smaller players like Unisoc and HUAWEI with its Kirin chips (or whatever is left of them). Google’s also in the field now with its Tensor chip, but it’s a fairly new player amongst the more established brands.

With all these options in the market, we wanted to know if you are biased towards a particular brand of chip. Of course, if you prefer Apple’s chips, you would be biased towards iPhones. So we are limiting this poll to Android users. You are free to choose the “others” option if the chip vendor of your choice is not on the list.
