TL;DR
  • The RAM and storage options for the Galaxy S23 series have leaked.
  • The Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra might get a base storage bump.
  • The names of the official colorways have also leaked.

Samsung may have accidentally leaked the launch date of the Galaxy S23 series, but the specs of the phones have been doing the rounds for a while now. Adding to the constant stream of information, leaker Snoopy Tech has put out the RAM and storage options for the upcoming flagships.

According to the tipster, Samsung will do away with the base 128GB storage option for the Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra. Both phones will have a base 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The Galaxy S23 Plus will top out with an 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, while the Galaxy S23 Ultra will get a 12GB RAM + 512GB version. The latter could also get a 12GB RAM model with 1TB of storage, which might be exclusive to the Samsung Store.

The vanilla Samsung Galaxy S23 may be Samsung’s only flagship this time to offer 128GB of storage. It’s also expected to get a 256GB storage model, the same as last year. Both versions would be accompanied by 8GB of RAM.

Here’s a quick summary of all the Galaxy S23 RAM and storage variants for clarity.

  • Samsung Galaxy S23: 8GB RAM/128GB storage, 8GB RAM/256GB storage
  • Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus: 8GB RAM/256GB storage, 8GB RAM/512GB storage
  • Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra: 8GB RAM/256GB storage, 12GB RAM/512GB storage, 12GB RAM/1TB storage (Samsung Store exclusive
