Samsung has confirmed leaks and revealed the date for its upcoming Unpacked event. The company posted an encoded teaser on Twitter showing a mysterious grid of characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols. The next image in the post includes colored circles. Matching the characters and circles reveals the Unpacked event date in the last image, i.e., 081022 or August 10, 2022.

If you were around reading tech news yesterday, you would have seen tipster Evan Blass’ leak of what looked like an official poster for the event. It had an image of a foldable phone and the August 10 date written on it.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 on the said date. We’ll also likely see the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro unveiled on the day.
The company has yet to outright confirm the August 10 reveal with an official event page, but it seems obvious now that the teaser is out.
