Here's how much the Samsung Galaxy S10 will cost in India

Looking to buy the hottest new flagship? Samsung has confirmed the pricing and availability for the Galaxy S10 series of smartphones. India will be amongst the first markets for the Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10 Plus when they start shipping on March 6. Here’s what you need to know.

Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus, and Galaxy S10e India release date and availability

Samsung has confirmed that all three devices will be available to preorder via Samsung’s online store, Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Tata Cliq and retail outlets starting March 5. Deliveries for pre-ordered devices will start from March 6.

If you don’t want to preorder your device, all three variants will be available via online and retail channels starting March 8.

Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus, and Galaxy S10e India price

The Galaxy S10e is the entry-level model in the flagship line up. Designed for an audience that wants all the features but doesn’t want to spend flagship grade money, the S10e has most of the same specifications but drops the telephoto lens at the back, opts for a smaller 5.8-inch display and smaller battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S10e will be available for 55,900 rupees (~$780). India gets only the prism black and prism white variants with 128GB of storage.

Stepping up, the Samsung Galaxy S10 is the model most people would opt for. There’s a large 6.1-inch AMOLED display, a bigger battery, an extra telephoto camera in addition to the wide and ultrawide cameras. The phone even gets an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Samsung Galaxy S1o is priced at 66,900 rupees (~$930) for the base 128GB variant, and you can step up to the 512GB version for 84,900 rupees (~$1190). Color options include black, white and blue.

Finally, you’ve got the big daddy. The Galaxy S10+ marks the top end of the Samsung’s 2019 flagship line up. The Galaxy S10+ has most of the same specifications as the Galaxy S10 but adds a secondary front-facing depth-sensing camera. The phone gets a larger 6.4-inch AMOLED display as well as a 4,100 mAh battery.

The phone is priced at 73,900 rupees (~$1033) for the base 128GB variant. The 512GB and 1TB storage variants are priced at 91,900 rupees (~$1285) and 1,17,900 rupees (~$1650) respectively. The 128GB variant will ship in black, white and blue colors. The higher storage variants will be available in ceramic white and black.

The Galaxy Watch Active will be available at a discounted price of 9,999 rupees (~$140) if you purchase it along the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10 Plus. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds can be purchased at a discounted price of 2,999 (~$41). The Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds will otherwise retail for 29,990 rupees and 9,990 rupees respectively.
