OnePlus 7T on T-Mobile is finally getting Android 12
- OnePlus 7T on T-Mobile is finally receiving the Android 12 update.

The OnePlus 7T on T-Mobile has been long overdue for the Android 12 update. If you’re stuck with the carrier version of the three-year-old handset, you can now update it with the two-year-old software (h/t XDA Developers).
While Android 14 is on its way, the Android 12-based Oxygen OS 12 update is only now hitting the T-Mobile-locked OnePlus 7T. Unlocked versions of the phone received the update back in October.
T-Mobile hasn’t made a formal announcement for the new Android 12 update on the OnePlus 7T, but it was spotted by some users. According to the changelog, the update comes with the December 2022 security patch. It has firmware version HD1907_11_F.03 and measures nearly 4GB.
If you own the McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 7T, you might still be eligible for the Android 12 update. You might have to wait a while before that happens, though.
