One of the most important things you need to do when you set up a new Amazon Echo device is to download the Alexa app. Luckily you can do this before the speaker ever arrives at your front door. The app is your central access point for all of the services Alexa has to offer. You won’t be able to set up your Wi-Fi or pair the speaker to your phone without the app, so it’s better to grab it as soon as possible.
