One of the perks of iOS these days is the ability to hide iPhone apps you use rarely or only in the background. QUICK ANSWER
If you haven't deleted them, hidden apps always remain available in the App Library. Launch the Library it by swiping all the way past your right-most homescreen page. Once you're there, find apps either by browsing folders or using the Library's search bar. Unhide something by tapping and holding on an icon, then selecting Add to Home Screen.

How to find hidden apps on your iPhone
Unless you’ve deleted an app outright, any app on your iPhone can be found in the App Library, a feature introduced alongside iOS 14. That includes hidden apps.
To open the App Library, go to your iPhone’s homescreen, then swipe all the way past the right-most homescreen page. Apps are organized into folders by category (Social, Games, Health & Fitness, etc.), but you can use a search bar up top if you remember the name of the app you’re looking for.
To clear up some confusion created by Apple, if you’re browsing, the full list of apps in any given category folder is behind the icon that crams four smaller icons together. Tap it, and you’ll see an expanded list.
How to unhide apps on your iPhone
Whether you find an app through search or browsing, you can unhide anything in the App Library by tapping and holding its icon, then selecting Add to Home Screen. Apps usually pop up on the right-most homescreen page unless you have gaps on prior pages.
If Add to Home Screen doesn’t appear, that means an app is already on your homescreen somewhere — you just have to dig around pages or folders to find it.
