How to redeem Genshin codes in-game (mobile)

Open Genshin Impact on your mobile device and log into your account. When in-game, tap the Paimon Menu icon in the top left.

From the toolbar along the left-hand side, select the gear-shaped Settings button.

In Settings, tap the Account tab.

Next to Redeem Code, press Redeem Now.

In the Enter redemption code field, paste your Genshin Impact code. When finished, tap Exchange to redeem your code.

How to redeem Genshin codes in-game (desktop)

Open Genshin Impact on your computer and log into your account. When in-game, press Esc on your keyboard to open the Paimon Menu.

In the Paimon Menu, click the gear-shaped Settings icon along the left-hand side.

Within Settings, click the Account tab.

Click Redeem Now next to Redeem Code.

Paste your Genshin Impact promo code in the Enter redemption code field. When ready, click Exchange to redeem your code.

REDEEMING A CODE FROM THE WEBSITE

1. Click the Select server dropdown. If you aren’t already logged into your Genshin account, you will be prompted to do so.
2. Log into your account with your email or linked social media.
3. Select your server.
4. Paste your Genshin impact code in the Enter redemption code field.
5. Click Redeem.
