TCL is no stranger to IFA, and it’s now returned to the annual expo to show off a variety of products.

Here’s everything the company announced at the show!

TCL 10 Tab Max and TCL 10 Tab Mid

TCL announced two slates in the TCL 10 Tab Max and TCL 10 Tab Mid.

The Tab Max, as you’d expect from the name, is the more premium offering. You can expect a 10.36-inch FHD+ screen, support for its TCL stylus, a 13MP rear camera, 8MP front-facing shooter, and an 8,000mAh battery. There’s no word on the chipset and other details, but TCL’s Tab Max device will be available from Q4 2020 in cellular and Wi-Fi flavors for €299 (~$353) and €249 (~$294), respectively.

Meanwhile, the TCL 10 Tab Mid (seen above) is the more budget-focused slate, bringing an 8-inch FHD+ IPS display, Snapdragon 665 chipset, an 8MP rear camera, 5MP selfie snapper, and a 5,500mAh battery. Expect to pay €229 (~$270) for the tablet when it goes on sale in Q4.

The firm also announced its NXT Paper technology for displays. More specifically, this tech sees a reflective screen used to “repurpose” natural light for less eye strain. TCL says NXT Paper offers a “paper-like visual experience” that’s over 65% more efficient than an LCD screen.

The firm says this tech is specifically designed with larger screens in mind, and it expects a commercial product with the technology “soon.” Sadly, the Tab Max and Tab Mid don’t include these displays.

TCL Move Time Family Watch

It also packs a 600mAh battery with pogo pin charging. It says you should expect two days of usage and up to five days on standby. Other notable features include changeable wristbands, cellular support via nano-SIM or eSIM, support for calls, an AI voice assistant, and a proprietary OS.

The TCL Move Time Family Watch also sports familiar wearable features like heart-rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, step tracking, fall detection, and IP67 water/dust resistance.

Another product announced by the brand at IFA 2020 is the TCL Move Audio S200 true wireless earbuds. The new buds take the AirPod route, while offering a charging case akin to Vivo’s TWS offerings. Expect the earbuds to last for three and a half hours when playing music, bumped up to 23 hours with the aid of the charging case. Otherwise, the new accessory also offers Google Fast Pair 2.0, voice controls, Bluetooth 5, and IP54 resistance. Expect to pay €99 for the new earbuds.

Finally, the company also reiterated its take on a rollable smartphone. We previously went hands-on with a dummy in March, and you can check out our impressions here.
