Last week’s poll summary: Out of almost 2,200 votes, 25% of our readers though Google Assistant was the most exciting announcement in the Google I/O 2016 keynote. Following the Assistant announcement, approximately 21% of our readers said that Google's new messaging apps, Allo and Duo, are something to be excited about as well.

We all know the importance of a good keyboard app. And if you’re an Android user, you’re probably aware there are tons to choose from.

Google Keyboard seems to be the go-to option for many folks out there. It’s fast, easy to use, and the new version 5.1 update brings a new level of customization to the app. SwiftKey is a popular one, as well. Now part of the Microsoft family, SwiftKey has been a fan favorite for years thanks to the bevy of customization options it provides its users. Chrooma is also a great option that offers an interesting take on keyboard theming, and Fleksy does too.

With all that said, we’d like to know — what’s your favorite keyboard app? Is it Google Keyboard? SwiftKey? Or do you just use whatever keyboard comes pre-installed on your phone? Be sure cast your vote in the poll below, and if there’s something you need to add, feel free to speak up in the comment section. We look forward to hearing what you have to say!
