Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro

Xiaomi launched the Mi 10 and the Mi 10 Pro in China back in February. The new flagship series was set to make its global debut at MWC 2020, but both the launch and the trade show were canceled due to the coronavirus situation. Now, Xiaomi is all set to announce the Mi 10 series globally on March 27.

This online-only launch will detail the availability and pricing of the Mi 10 series in regions like the UK and Europe. Xiaomi will stream the announcement online, but it won’t be a live stream. Instead, the company will play out a pre-recorded event through its various social media channels.

If you want to watch the Mi 10 global launch, you can do so through Xiaomi’s Twitter, YouTube, or Facebook accounts. Alternatively, you can just watch the launch from the video embedded below. It’s scheduled to begin at 9AM ET on March 27.

If we take the Mi 9 series as an example, we can expect the European pricing of the Mi 10 series to be more expensive than its Chinese pricing. The 6GB/128GB Mi 9 launched at €449 (~$487) in Europe, while the same model in China was priced at 2,999 Chinese yuan (~$424).

The Xiaomi Mi 10 series.

The Mi 10 series starts at 3,999 Chinese yuan (~$566) for the vanilla Mi 10 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Meanwhile, the Mi 10 Pro starts at 4,999 Chinese yuan (~$708) for the base 8GB RAM/256GB storage option.

Given these prices, you can expect the regular Mi 10 to start at around €600-€650 (~$650-$705) and the Mi 10 Pro at approximately €700-€750 (~$759-$813). Obviously, this is just a guess and the pricing could be completely different.
