If all you ever truly wanted was to show off your discerning Netflix tastes and chill out with new friends, you might have been hard-pressed to find Tinder users who believed your intentions were plutonic. That was until this week’s update, when Tinder added a more social side to its romantic realm of right and left swipes.

Tinder Social works a lot like Google’s Who’s Down, which is still an invite-only club. When your evening is free and you wish it wasn’t, you can assemble a group of Tinder friends with the hopes of finding some like-minded people to hang out with for a night. You can declare your plans and link up with friends who like your vision for the night ahead. You’ll also be able to anonymously swipe through groups on Tinder Social, just as you would in the core app, until your group matches and merges with another — say goodbye to swiping through people, one by one.

You won’t see other Tinder Social users until you unlock it, which is done by toggling the feature on in the app’s settings menu. Your group will stay live until noon the next day. After that, your group will expire and so will you matches unless you like each other before the clock tolls 12 p.m.

This new feature is live now for users in the US and UK, and it’s also available to users in Australia, the country that served as the app’s proving grounds.
