You can let others view and download these files or give them edit access to make changes to documents and add or delete files from folders. As the folder creator, you can control who can view or edit anything in a shared file or folder. Here’s how to share a Dropbox file or folder.

To share files and folders on Dropbox, select the file and click on the three vertical dots icon. Go to Share and choose Share with Dropbox. Use the dropdown menu to provide view-only or edit access and enter the email addresses of the people you want to send the file to. Click on Share.

Log in to your account on dropbox.com. Select the file or folder you want to share, click on the three vertical dots icon, go to Share, and select Share with Dropbox.
