The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will officially go on sale very soon in the US. If you still have questions about the new flagship Android phones from Samsung, some of them might be answered by reading the English user manual for both devices.

The manual itself is for the international variant of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus (SM-G950F/G955F). It’s a pretty lengthy document, clocking in at over 230 pages. As you might expect, the manual first goes over the basic features of the new phones, including how to get them set up for the first time, how to install or remove the phones’ SIM cards and more. There are also a couple of pages devoted to how to handle a situation if the phones start overheating.

The manual also offers a long look at the various settings on the phones, along with its many accessibility features.

The manual also goes over all of the phones’ pre-installed apps, including the Bixby digital assistant. As we reported a few days ago, the voice command features in Bixby will not be available in the Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus out of the box, but will be added with an update sometime later this year. The manual also offers a long look at the various settings on the phones, along with its many accessibility features. Finally, the manual has information on various troubleshooting scenarios for the new Galaxy phones, along with a final notice about removing the battery in the devices. It basically says you should not do that yourself, and that it should be handled by an authorized service center.
