Marshmallow arriving on Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo devices

Android 6.0 Marshmallow is on its way to Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo devices all across Europe, bringing Doze, Google Now On Tap, and granular permissions.

Although there has been no official announcement, users all over teh interwebs are reporting that Samsung has begun rolling out an update to Galaxy S5 Neo devices that brings Android 6.0 Marshmallow to the European smartphone. Users in Austria, Greece, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands are chiming in that firmware version G903FXXU1BPD4 is being made available on their devices.

So far, however, it appears that only the SM-G903F variant of the Galaxy S5 Neo are receiving this update. To see if it’s available on your device yet, head on over to Settings > About device > Software updates and check for updates.
