TL;DR
  • A new poster allegedly showcasing the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has leaked.
  • Believed to be official marketing material, the poster details the phone’s revised camera design and S Pen.
  • The Galaxy S22 Plus is also seemingly visible on the poster.

We’ve seen plenty of renders relating to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, seemingly packing a different design. Now, a new poster believed to be an official piece of marketing material from Samsung has leaked.

The poster stems from LetsGoDigital and showcases two phones with Samsung’s familiar marketing font below. The poster suggests that the flagship phone won’t bear “Note” in its title but stick with the Ultra moniker.

Despite its name, the phone seemingly carries all the traits of a Galaxy Note, including flat top and bottom edges with sharper corners and a clicker S Pen. It’s unclear if this stylus slots into the phone, but purported real-life shots of the device leaked in November suggest that this would be the case. Unfortunately, we don’t view the phone’s bottom edge, so there’s no way to confirm this detail.

Also apparent on the S22 Ultra is the revised camera redesign with five distinct lenses. The phone is also wearing a rather attractive Turkish Rose colorway.

However, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra isn’t the only phone shown here. The second device, believed to be the Galaxy S22 Plus, features styling more closely related to the Galaxy S21 series. We can’t glean much from its overshadowed appearance in the poster, but it seemingly has a less prominent camera bump and curved corners.

While LetsGoDigital is a pretty reliable source, we recommend treating rumors as such until Samsung confirms its devices’ details. We still have a ways to go before the company launches the Galaxy S22 series, too, with a mooted debut in February 2022.
