Samsung Galaxy A50 front display in hand

One of Samsung’s newer mid-rangers — the Samsung Galaxy A50 — is a true testament to the company’s new focus on actually delivering decent smartphones outside of ultra flagship territory. If you’re interested in getting one unlocked, pre-orders are open now in the United States.

The Galaxy A50 has been available in the U.S. for quite a while now, but you could only buy one locked to Verizon, Sprint, or U.S. Cellular. With the unlocked model, you’ll be able to bring it to any carrier you choose starting at just $350.

To pre-order the Samsung Galaxy A50 here in the U.S., you’ll need to do so through either Best Buy or Amazon. If you don’t want to purchase through either of those merchants, you can wait a few days when the unlocked variant will be available for pre-order from Samsung.com. Either way, the device will ship and begin general sales on September 20.

If you pre-order the device through Best Buy, you could be eligible to save up to $150 off the cost if you agree to activate it immediately on either Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint. If you pre-order through Amazon, you’ll get a free Samsung Galaxy Fit.

In related news, you can also now pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, the latest fitness-centric smartwatch from the company. That device will cost you $280 for the 40mm version and $300 for the 44mm version. Pre-orders at Samsung.com will earn the buyer a free Wireless Charger Portable Battery. The device hits general sale on September 26 if you don’t care to pre-order.

Finally, don’t forget that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is now available for general sale. Grab one by clicking here.
