Just to be clear, we aren’t talking about minor issues like the phone running a little warmer than expected or the fingerprint scanner occasionally having errors. These things happen on many phones today.

Instead, we’re talking about major defects here. These issues can include dead pixels or major screen tinting, seriously abnormal heating, the device catching fire or smoking, consistently horrible battery life, poor connectivity, cameras not working properly (if at all), extremely slow/buggy software, or terrible build quality.
