Nixon Mission Android Wear watch pre-orders go live, starting at $400
There are plenty of great Android Wear devices on the market nowadays, with options ranging from the classy Moto 360 and HUAWEI Watch to the sportier Casio Smart Outdoor Watch. Back in March, Nixon, the popular American watch maker, announced its very first Android Wear-powered smartwatch that was made to brave the elements. If you’ve been waiting to get your
hands wrists on one, the time is almost here. The Nixon Mission is now up for pre-order for $400.
The standard Nixon Mission is available in three color options – All Black, Concrete, and Orange/Gray/Black – for $400. If you aren’t satisfied with any of those color options, you can customize your own watch for just $50 more. This will allow you to choose your own case, bezel and band colors, as well as personalize the back of the watch with a small picture or line of text. Honestly, if you’re thinking about buying one of these watches, you should customize your own. The different colored band options look really awesome.
Nixon’s website notes that the watches will be available on Monday, October 10, so you don’t have that much longer to wait. Head on over to this link to place your pre-order.
Oh, and if you’re looking for something a little classier, there are now a handful of new Michael Kors Android Wear watches available for purchase. They might not be as functional as the Nixon Mission, but the new Michael Kors watches are pretty dang classy.
