A week ago, OPPO took the wraps off its new A71 smartphone. The mid-range handset has only been available in Malaysia so far but has now also made its way to India. It’s already listed on Flipkart’s website and will set you back Rs. 12,990.

The device comes in black or gold and sports a 5.2-inch display with HD resolution. You’ll find the MediaTek MT6750 chipset under the hood along with 3 GB of RAM. There’s only 16 GB of storage available, but you do have the option of expanding it for an additional 256 GB with a microSD card.

Oppo’s smartphone features a 13 MP primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture as well as a selfie snapper that has a 5 MP sensor. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery, has a metal body, and runs Android 7.1 Nougat with the company’s Color OS on top. Sure, its specs won’t blow your socks off, but it’s still a solid device that can get the job done and is also quite easy on the eyes.
