Mammotion, the company behind robot lawn mowers such as the LUBA 3 AWD, today launched new lawn mowers for homeowners and professionals. The company announced two new product series: the Mammotion LUBA 4 AWD series and the Mammotion Maston series.
Mammotion LUBA 4 AWD series
The LUBA 4 is Mammotion’s flagship series for lawn mowing at home. The company is offering three models for lawns of different sizes: the LUBA 4 AWD 3000F can mow lawns up to 3,000 square meters (~0.75 acres), the 6000F can mow lawns up to 6,000 square meters (~1.5 acres), and the 12000F can handle areas as big as 12,000 square meters (roughly three acres).
All three models come with a surround-view four-camera array that covers the front, sides, and rear. The lawn mowers are also equipped with 360-degree LiDAR and NetRTK. The company says the combo of these cameras, LiDAR, and NetRTK ensures reliable navigation throughout your lawn. Mammotion is also including global lifetime-free NetRTK data.
As the name suggests, all three models in the series are equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD), complete with torque-vectoring for each wheel, allowing the LUBA 4 AWD to change directions easily and handle slopes of up to 80% (~38 degrees).
The LUBA 4 AWD 3000F and 6000F come with dual cutting discs, a 440mm cutting width, and an adjustable cutting height of 25mm to 100mm. The LUBA 4 AWD 12000F comes with three cutting discs, a 530mm cutting width, and an adjustable cutting height between 25mm and 85mm. It also supports multi-zone management of up to 100 zones, compared with 30 and 50 zones for the 3000F and 6000F, respectively.
Mammotion Maston series
The Maston series is Mammotion’s first-ever foray into robot lawn mowers for commercial properties. It is designed for areas like large-scale parks and sports fields, and comes with fleet management capabilities so multiple Maston series lawn mowers can work across large areas.
The Maston series uses a rear camera in combination with four ultrasonic sensors, 360-degree LiDAR, NetRTK, and AI vision for wire-free navigation and obstacle detection/avoidance, among other features.

Mammotion is offering two cutter configurations in the Maston series: Maston Rotary is designed for coarse grass and overgrown areas, while Maston Flail is designed for fine turf such as the grass you’ll find on golf courses.
The Mammotion Maston series of lawn mowers also features AWD, allowing them to handle slopes up to 70% (~35 degrees). It also enables features like zero-turn steering and hill-hold assist. The company has used a modular design for its Maston series, with quick-release interfaces for cutting discs, sensors, wheels, and batteries for easier maintenance and repairs.
Pricing and availability details
Mammotion hasn’t shared any pricing or availability details for the LUBA 4 AWD series of lawn mowers yet, but this information is expected later this year. The Maston series, on the other hand, is available for pre-order in Europe and Australia, but the company hasn’t said anything about a US launch date or price.
