If you are a parent and have pre-teen or early teenaged children, they might already be fans of Game Shakers, a live-action sitcom on the Nickelodeon TV network. The premise of the show is that two 7th grade kids make their own video game for a school project, and it become so successful that they form their own game development studio.

This week, Nickelodeon released Llama Llama Spit Spit for Android in the Google Play Store. Basically, it’s been created to be like the kind of game that might be made by the fictional developers of Game Shakers (in fact, the title of the game is also the title of an upcoming episode of the show).

One of the nicest features about Llama Llama Spit Spit is that the game is not only free to download, but is also devoid of any in-game app purchases or banner ads. In other words, it is truly free to play. Basically, you control a llama in a top down endless shooter, where you have to take out enemies like “DJ penguins” and “keyboard kitties” with a variety of different attacks. You can also unlock some extra costumes and other items for your flying llama, such as a surf board or even have the llama in a flying bathtub.

While Llama Llama Spit Spit is going after the young audience that also watches Game Shakers, you might have some fun with this game no matter if you have heard of the show or not. If you have downloaded and played Llama Llama Spit Spit, let us know your impressions in the comments!
