Even though the HUAWEI P30 and P30 Pro are two of the best Android smartphones now available, the phones aren’t officially sold in the U.S. The good news is that the phones are now available for pre-order through retailer B&H.

The prices of the P30 and P30 Pro aren’t as close as you might expect them to be — $599.99 for the P30, $899.99 for the P30 Pro. These are the Latin American variants that are compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks. Unfortunately for Verizon and Sprint subscribers, the phones won’t work on their networks.

Also, the P30 and P30 Pro don’t come with warranties in the U.S. You can still buy insurance either through SquareTrade or a similar service, but you’re out of luck if you want to return either phone to HUAWEI for whatever reason.

Lastly, there’s no mention of when the P30 Pro will be available. Availability of the normal P30 is expected for April 29.

Regardless of your thoughts on the kerfuffle between the U.S. government and HUAWEI, the P30 and P30 Pro are excellent offerings. To recap, the P30 features a 6.1-inch OLED display with Full HD+ (2,340 x 1,080) resolution, a triple rear camera system comprised of a 40-megapixel main camera, 16MP ultra-wide camera, and 8MP telephoto camera, the Kirin 980 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 3,650mAh battery, and Android 9 Pie.

The P30 Pro features the same processor, double the storage, a larger 4,200mAh battery, a larger 6.47-inch OLED display with the same resolution, a 40MP primary camera, a 20MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP telephoto camera, and Android 9 Pie.
