One of the most notable aspects of the notebook is its 14.2-inch display. HUAWEI says the new MateBook X Pro is the first notebook to receive TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort 3.0 Certification. That means the screen has passed 17 different TÜV Rheinland tests designed to check on a display’s eye comfort level. That’s due to the screen’s Nano Optical AR layer, which helps reduce light reflection by as much as 60%.

The 2.77-pound notebook has a metallic body, rather than one made of aluminum, and will come in White, Ink Blue, and Space Grey colors. It will have Intel’s 12th Gen Core processor inside, along with HUAWEI’s Super Turbo technology that will help optimize performance. In addition to the MateBook X Pro, new versions of the company’s MateBook 16s, MateBook D 16, MateBook 14s, and MateBook 14 laptops were revealed, all with Intel 12th Gen Core processors. There’s no word yet on a price or release date for these notebooks.

Along with the laptops, HUAWEI revealed the Android-based MatePad Pro tablet. It will have an 11-inch 120Hz display, and it has also been given a TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display 3.0 Certification ranking. The tablet works with the HUAWEI Smart Magnetic Keyboard and a new generation of the HUAWEI M-Pencil stylus, so you can get some work done on this device. Keep in mind that while the tablet is based on Android, it won’t have any apps or services from Google. There’s no price point or release date for the MatePad Pro.

HUAWEI also announced the FreeBuds Pro 2 ANC-equipped earbuds, the 23.8-inch MateView SE monitor with an e-book mode, two new Wi-Fi 6 Plus mesh routers (Mesh 7 and Mesh 3), a wireless mouse, and a stylish new backpack called, appropriately enough, the Stylish Backpack.
