HONOR is making major strides in Europe and is set for another round of releases this month, this time with three new products. The budget-friendly HONOR 9X handset is making its way to select markets on the continent, following a launch in China earlier this year. The company is also updating its HONOR Band 5 fitness tracker with a new Band 5 Sport model, and there’s a set of low-latency Bluetooth earphones heading our way with the HONOR Sport Pro as well.

We already know a bit about the HONOR 9X from the launch in China. The handset sports a triple camera setup, including the first 48MP camera in an HONOR X series phone. The phone also boasts a large 6.59-inch LCD display and a hefty 4,000mAh battery to power you through the day.

We don’t yet have pricing information or an exact launch date for the HONOR 9X in the UK or the rest of Europe. We’re expecting something under £300/€300, though. This information should be with us in the coming weeks.

If you’re looking for a pair of Bluetooth earphones to pair up with your next phone, the HONOR Sport Pro might be your thing. The Sport Pro offers a flexible neckband design, 13mm drivers, and up to 18 hours of music playback. Best of all, just 5 minutes of quick charging results in four hours of playback.

The earphones also promise gamers just 86ms audio latency, provided you’re connected to a HUAWEI or HONOR device running EMUI 9.1 or newer. The earphones come in three colors – grey, red, and purple. You can see the purple HONOR Sport Pro pictured below.

Finally, the HONOR Band 5 Sport is a new fitness band targeted at the enthusiast crowd. This model will come in slightly cheaper than the more casual-user-focused HONOR Band 5. Although, again, we’re still waiting on exact pricing information.

Interestingly, HONOR touts an eco-friendly design for this new fitness tracker. The wrist band is made entirely from recycled water bottles.

The HONOR Band 5 Sport boasts a number of improvements over its predecessor. There’s 6-axis motion tracking that supports a wide variety of activities, including cycling, running, and swimming. The band can also be worn on the foot in footwear mode, enabling accurate tracking of foot strike patterns, step length, ground contact time, and more. This mode also lends itself to tracking jump height and time.

Honor’s familiar software features remain in place on the Band 5 Sport, which includes app notifications, phone finder, alarms, and idle alerts.

We’ll be keeping our eye out for pricing and specific country information for the HONOR 9X, Sport Pro, and Band 5 Sport in the coming days.
