The reasonably priced HUAWEI HONOR 6 Plus is making its way to the UK next month, with a launch date scheduled for May 1st. The handset originally went on sale in China at the end of last year and made its debut in India last month.

HUAWEI has partnered up with UK carrier Three to provide an exclusive tariff offer, but the smartphone will also be available through Amazon. Amazon pre-orders will commence next week on April 6th.

The HONOR 6 Plus will be priced at £299.99, which is substantially cheaper than most modern flagship smartphones. For your money the HONOR 6 Plus nets you a 5.5-inch full-HD display, an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 925 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal memory with a microSD slot, 8MP dual rear cameras, an 8MP front camera and a large 3,600mAh battery. The handset may not pack in all the bells and whistles associated with expensive premium smartphones, but at its price point the HONOR 6 Plus is a great entry point into the high end market.
