  • Google is reportedly sending out a survey to Wear OS users regarding the platform.
  • The survey prompts users to list their likes/dislikes, and more.

Wear OS is in the running with Stadia for the most neglected major platform in Google’s stable right now. But Google made an encouraging move in the platform’s direction last week when it launched a new Wear OS app for the first time in years.

Now, it looks like Google wants to know what owners of Wear OS devices think of their watches and the platform itself. According to redditors and Android Central, Google has sent out a survey to Wear OS users. The survey comes via a notification prompt and takes you to the Wear OS app to complete it.

Google’s survey reportedly asks several questions, such as how satisfied you are with the platform and what they like and dislike about the platform. Check out a screenshot below, courtesy of Android Central.

Completion of this first survey then takes you to another Wear OS survey, asking more in-depth questions. These questions cover what type of fitness activities you’re engaged in while wearing the watch, which features you find most important, and details on other smart home gadgets in your household.

Between this survey and Google teasing more Wear OS news later this year, it certainly sounds like the company is finally paying attention to the platform again. Now, about getting an official YouTube Music app.
