Before Jonathan began writing news for Android Authority back in 2014, he used his computer sciences and software development education to oversee IT systems in the commercial space. Jonathan&#8217;s first Android phone was the LG Optimus One, but he fell in love with the Nexus line as a day-one adopter of the Nexus 7 tablet. As a long time Nexus user, the shift to Pixel phones didn&#8217;t quite fit his style, Jonathan jumped from the Pixel 4 XL over to the Samsung Galaxy S20. He now dual-wields the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S22 Plus, listens to the Galaxy Buds Pro, wears the Fossil Hybrid HR, and has a tired Galaxy Tab A8 at the couch.
