Earlier today, iPhone users flocked to Twitter to report issues with YouTube. Apparently, when attempting to open YouTube on iOS, the app would reportedly crash shortly after. Neither closing out of the app nor restarting it fixed the situation either.
The number of users affected by the bug grew large enough this afternoon that Team YouTube on Twitter acknowledged the issue and said that a fix is on the way.
