Xiaomi launched the Redmi 4A in India back in March, a budget-friendly smartphone that comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. If that’s not enough for you, you’ll be happy to hear that Xiaomi has now announced an upgraded version of the device in the country, which offers 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The rest of the specs remain the same.

The upgraded Redmi 4A will be available starting tomorrow, August 31, from Mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and Tata CliQ. To get it, you’ll have to dish out Rs. 6,999, which is Rs. 1,000 more when compared to the old version of the device.
