Original post (04-02-16): A rumor or two have been building up to what could be the best couple smartphones that have come from Vivo. It’s time to make things a bit more official, and we have gotten information about the Vivo V3 and Vivo V3 Max straight from the manufacturer.
We still have no idea when the phone will be hitting the streets, but we know it will be “soon”. And if we are not going to give you a set date, you can be sure we will at least let you know some of the specs that are to come with these phones, which will launch simultaneously.
For starters, both will feature a full-metal body, something that has become a standard in today’s high profile smartphones.
There is a reason why these phones come with the stapled “Faster than Faster” slogan. In fact… there are a few reasons. The first is that the phones themselves are quite powerful. The Vivo V3 Max features 4 GB of RAM (and 32 GB of internal storage).
In addition, its camera can start up in just 0.7 seconds, and focusing should only take about 0.3 seconds. There’s also fast charging technology embedded, allowing for 2 hours of (Hi-Fi) music playback after only 5 minutes of plugging in. And because there is a fingerprint reader included, unlocking your smartphone will be a breeze.
That is about all we know for now, but more details will be coming soon. We can expect an announcement in the near future. Keep it tuned to Android Authority to get all the details as soon as they become available!
