TL;DR
  • Verizon’s Visible is introducing a base and premium plan.
  • Its Visible plan will be $30 a month for a single line and the Visible Plus plan will be $45 a month.
  • Both plans are available today to new and existing customers.

Visible — an all-digital wireless carrier owned by Verizon — has announced the launch of two new unlimited plans: Visible and Visible Plus.

Available to new and existing customers starting today, the new Visible plan drops $10 from the original standard base rate of $40 per month. Including taxes and fees, the new $30 per month plan offers unlimited data, talk, text, and hotspot for a single line.

Also available today, the Visible Plus plan includes 5G ultra wideband access, 50GB of premium network experience, roaming coverage in Canada and Mexico, and global calling to over 30 countries from the US. This premium plan will cost you $45 per month.

In regards to the emergence of these new plans, CEO of Visible and CRO of Tracfone & Verizon Prepaid, Angie Klein, had this to say:

Visible’s mission is to reimagine wireless and be radically simple, fundamentally accessible, and audaciously inclusive. These plans reflect how we are doing just that. As nearly everyone is looking to save wherever possible with rising costs in so many parts of our lives, Visible is a great choice to put money back in your pocket, and not give up on the experience you deserve.

According to Visible, existing customers can move to these new plans at any time through their Visible account. However, those customers are going to need a new SIM card in order to do so. It was explained to us that the reason behind this is because Visible is upgrading its core network routing experience along with the arrival of these plans.

In addition to these new plans, Visible is offering its customers $20 off their next month’s bill for every new referral to its service. This deal can stack for up to 12 months.

For those on the Party Pay plan, it looks like you won’t have to worry either. According to Visible, Party Pay rates will stay the same and lock in place based on Party status as of October 18, 2022.

Visible has only been around for a few years and holds a B rating from the Better Business Bureau when we checked earlier this year. However, for our buyer’s guide, several of our team members gave it a try and recommended it despite a few quirks.
