The Verizon LG V10 Marshmallow update is rolling out today
After announcing the rollout yesterday, Verizon began rolling out the LG V10 Marshmallow update today. The software version is VS99022A and delivers all the benefits of Android 6.0 Marshmallow to your beloved V10, including Google Now on Tap, granular app permissions, Doze Mode and much more.
To check for the update, head to Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check for update to see if the OTA is waiting for you. Neither the firmware itself nor the OTA link have been posted online yet, but it won’t be long until they appear on the likes of XDA Developers if you prefer the manual approach over waiting in line.

You’ll want to make sure your battery is charged and you have sufficient storage space available, as a major Android update like this is sure to be pretty hefty. If you’ve rooted your V10 you might want to avoid installing the update until you know whether or not the update will break root.
Let us know when you get the update and share screenshots in the comments of the changelog!
