T-Mobile LiveNation partnership
TL;DR
  • T-Mobile announced a new partnership with Live Nation at its Uncarrier Next event.
  • Customers will have access to tickets to sold-out shows, $25 lawn tickets, exclusive magenta drinks at select venues, and more.

At today’s T-Mobile Uncarrier Next event, the company announced that it would be giving its customers a free year of Pandora Plus. But that wasn’t the only music-related announcement made on stage. Thanks to a new multi-year partnership with Live Nation, customers will soon be able to enjoy exclusive perks such as purchasing tickets to sold-out concerts, discounted tickets, access to exclusive concession stands, and more.

Starting 30 days before select shows, customers should begin to see a new T-Mobile reserved seats icon on Live Nation’s website. These seats will be saved exclusively for T-Mobile customers and allow them to buy tickets for sold-out shows without paying more than first day prices.

One thing to keep in mind is that Live Nation and T-Mobile haven’t stated where these reserved seats will be located. Yes, customers will be able to grab tickets to see their favorite artists, but it might be at the back of the venue.

The two companies will also offer customers $25 lawn tickets to select amphitheater shows. T-Mobile states that some of the eligible concerts will include popular artists such as Charlie Puth, Counting Crows, Dierks Bentley, Wiz Khalifa and Rae Sremmurd, Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker, Niall Horan, and more. This offer kicks off on August 21 and will continue through the end of the concert season.

Several other benefits of this partnership include a fast lane where customers can skip the line at select venues, access to T-Mobile-only concession lines and magenta cocktails, and usage of T-Mobile lawn chains.

More information about all of these perks will be made available through the T-Mobile Tuesday app.
