There’s no shortage of smartphone brands to choose from today, with Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi being three of the most prominent companies around. And if you don’t like these manufacturers, there are plenty of other options out there.

In saying so, we wonder what are the chances of our readers switching from their current smartphone brands. That’s the subject of our poll today, so take your pick below and leave a comment if you’d like to elaborate.

How likely are you to switch from your current phone brand?

We can understand why you wouldn’t want to switch from some brands, such as Apple and Samsung. In Apple’s case, you’re losing access to the App Store, iOS, and some other services. Meanwhile, Samsung phones offer lengthy update commitments, access to the Samsung ecosystem, and one of the best Android skins in the game.

There are plenty of reasons to switch to another smartphone brand though. For one, your current brand’s software simply might not be for you. Or maybe the current phone brand doesn’t offer exactly what you want from a hardware perspective (e.g. 3.5mm port, microSD expansion, great cameras).
