Samsung has a good amount of connected wearables in its product lineup, many of which fall under the Gear line. Now it appears the tech giant is in the process of testing two new Gear accessories – a sequel to 2014’s Gear Fit fitness tracker and a pair of connected earbuds.

According to VentureBeat, the Samsung Gear Fit 2 will feature a 1.84-inch curved Super AMOLED display, which is supposedly more curved and ergonomic than the first model. This time around, though, it will also come with a built-in GPS. That’s great news for folks who need more granular and accurate stats from their daily workouts.

We’re also getting a good look at the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Gear IconX Bluetooth earbuds. These wireless earbuds will be controlled by touch, and also feature dust and water resistance. They’ll also reportedly be able to double as both a standalone music player and a fitness tracker. How do a pair of small, wireless earbuds act as a standalone music player? VentureBeat reports that one of the earbuds comes with 4 GB of on-board storage.

Not many other details were given in the leak. Pricing and availability is still to be determined, though we’ll bring you all the details once we learn more. Also, you can find more photos of both products at the source link below.
