Crossy Road publishers are bringing Rodeo Stampede to Android this week (Update: out now)
Rodeo Stampede is now available in the Google Play Store. If you're interested in checking it out (which you should be), follow this link for the download.
Original post: You know Crossy Road. You know the iconic blocky graphics, simple yet addictive gameplay, and all the fun characters. Now the game’s publishers, Yodo1, are teaming up with Featherweight Games to bring a new rootin’-tootin’ title to Android and iOS this week.
The game is called Rodeo Stampede, and it looks just as addictive as other Yodo1 games. You play as a cowboy hat-wearing lad, and it’s your job to swing from the backs of various stampeding animals like buffalo, elephants, ostrich and more. You’ll need to avoid obstacles at all costs while catching and befriending animals to show off in your Sky Zoo.
Rodeo Stampede will be free to play with optional in-app purchases. We’re assuming the same monetization structure will be put in place as Crossy Road, which means you likely won’t run into any paywalls.
It’s launching in the Google Play Store and iOS App Store Thursday, June 23. We’ll be sure to let you know once it becomes available.
