Official launch date revealed for PUBG: New State on Android, and it's soon
- PUBG: New State will launch in a stable form on November 11, 2021.
- The game will land on both Android and iOS in over 200 countries.
- There will be a final beta test for selected users at the end of this month.
Although Fortnite seems to be what everyone’s talking about nowadays, it’s important to remember that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds — aka PUBG — started the whole battle royale craze. Now, a new game from the original studio behind PUBG is finally coming in a stable form to Android.
PUBG: New State is a game that takes place in a different era of the PUBG universe. Most importantly, though, it’s coming from Krafton, Inc., and not Tencent. Krafton is the team that created the original PC game while Tencent headed up the mobile version of that title. In other words, this is the first mobile-only title from the original creators of the series.
Today, Krafton announced that PUBG: New State is coming to Android and iOS devices on November 11, 2021. The game will launch in over 200 countries simultaneously. This release comes after numerous alpha and beta testing periods.
In fact, there will be one more “Technical Test” from October 29 through October 30. This will give the developers some last-minute input on changes that might need to be made before the stable rollout.
Krafton also announced its post-release goals for the game. These include regular new content, support, and rollouts of different anti-cheating measures. Ready to play? Hit the button below to pre-register for the November 11 launch!
