Poll: Do you use the Plex service?

Plex has been around for years now, and it’s one of the best ways to beam your own content from a media server to the rest of your devices. The service has grown since then, now offering its own library of content to stream, as well as the ability to stream content from a friend’s media server.

So with all of that in mind, we were curious to find out if our readers used Plex in the first place. Give us your answer by voting in the embedded poll below and leaving a comment if you’d like to elaborate.

Aside from the focus on streaming your own downloaded content and Plex’s own library of content, the service also offers a selection of free live TV channels as well as the Plex Pass subscription service for value-added extras. It’s also just added cross-service capabilities, allowing you to search for content across multiple streaming services as well as offering a universal watchlist.

Plex isn’t the only game in town though, as the likes of Emby, Kodi, Serviio, and JellyFin are all decent alternatives. So let us know if you use Plex via the poll above.
