PlayStation Vue and its internet TV service makes its way to Android TV
Unfortunately, you can’t sign up to try out PlayStation Vue from within the Android TV app; you have to go to the service’s website to set up an account. Once that’s done, you can log into the app with your account and try out the service free for seven days. After than you can sign up for one of four monthly plans, which offer up to 100 TV channels, including live local TV stations (depending on where you live). Prices for these plans range from $29.99 to $74.99 a month, again depending on the number of channels and if your local stations are supported.
If you don’t own an Android TV, there will be another way to watch the channels on PlayStation Vue soon. Sony announced that it will be available in the near future on PC and Mac computers via web browsers. It adds that one of the features of the browser version will be a “mini-player” that will let users shrink the video stream down to a corner of the browser window. This should allow user to continue browsing on other sites while PlayStation Vue plays in the corner.
