Oppo Find X4 Pro (or X5 Pro, maybe) renders leak with weird camera bump
- Renders just leaked for what could be the Oppo Find X5 Pro.
- The renders show a unique, asymmetrical camera bump.
- It does not appear that this phone would have an under-display selfie camera.
In 2021, the Oppo Find X3 Pro earned high marks from around the tech industry, including here at Android Authority. With 2022 just days away, it’s time to start thinking about the follow-up to that device.
Our review: Oppo Find X3 Pro
Thanks to reliable leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (via Prepp), we have renders for what appears to be the Oppo Find X4 Pro. However, due to a prevalent Chinese superstition, it is more likely this would land as the Oppo Find X5 Pro. Time will tell what Oppo decides to call the device.
Regardless of its name, the phone appears to be a natural evolution from the Find X3 Pro. Check out the renders for yourself below.
Oppo Find X5 Pro (or X4 Pro) renders
The rear camera module borrows quite a bit from the one we saw on the Find X3 Pro. The back panel appears to envelop the module, giving it a gradual slope rather than a jagged cliff.
However, this time around, the module appears to be asymmetrical, with a strange amalgamation of square, trapezoid, and circle. It doesn’t look terrible, but it certainly looks very different from other modules out there.
Elsewhere, the renders show a left-aligned selfie camera. This suggests the Oppo Find X5 Pro might stick with a traditional cutout for the front-facing shooter, rather than use an under-display camera.
There will likely be other phones in the Find X5/X4 series. Hopefully, we’ll get some leaks for them soon enough!
