Using a note taking app is a fantastic way to organize your ideas, take notes, and generally get all that nonsense out of your head and onto the page. Notion is far and away my top pick, thanks to its power, flexibility, and ease of use.

Just write “respond to Jeff on Thursday #AndroidAuthority” and it will handle the rest. It also has an excellent Apple Watch app, for Apple fans who want to keep their notes right on their wrist.
I recommend using Todoist or at least an app like it if you want to make sure you don’t forget to answer that important email, or do that other thing your boss asked you to do! (What was it again?)
