Nexus 6 pre-orders arrive at Flipkart, priced at Rs. 43,999

India’s leading e-commerce retailer, Flipkart, has listed the Nexus 6 as available for pre-order. The company is offering both Midnight Blue and Cloud White variants in the standard 32GB and 64GB memory options.

The pre-order price for the 32GB Nexus 6 is set at Rs. 43,999 (~$715), while the 64GB version comes with a price-tag of Rs. 48,999 (~$795). The handset is still only listed as “coming soon” in the device section of Google Play India, leaving Flipkart as the only way to place a pre-order, for now.

As well as upfront pre-orders, Flipkart is also offering an exchange program for the Nexus 6. Customers can trade in their old smartphone for a discount worth up to Rs. 10,000 (~$160) off the retail price.

Other deals bundled with the handset include a free 3 month subscription to Flipkart First, which offers free shipping and early access to some product launches, and some free pre-selected eBooks worth Rs. 2,100. FlipKart is also offering Rs. 1,500 cashback if you purchase the handset through financed instalments.

Pre-orders are scheduled to ship out in the second week of December, although we will have to see just how much stock will be available come the rollout in India.
