Update to media organizing app Mizuu brings Material Design and a free price tag

Mizuu has been a solid media content manager on Android for quite some time. It helps manage movies and TV shows, all while offering you useful information about the video content you’re currently watching. Fans of the app are getting some good news today, as Mizuu is receiving a huge update rolling out now. The update includes a slew of Material Design UI enhancements and a drop in price.

The update to version 3.0 brings an entirely redesigned interface. They’ve removed the drop-down menu from the top and added a pull-out menu from the left side, as well as more filter options, a new layout for movie and TV show details, and a ton of under-the-hood improvements. There is still no Android TV support, but the developer explains that he hopes to get support for the platform out sometime soon.
