LG G5 now on sale from AT&T, costs $688
If you were impressed by the LG G5‘s launch event have been patiently waiting for the handset to hit store shelves, then it’s finally time to whip out that credit card. AT&T has begun selling its LG G5 right on schedule, beginning sale on April 1st, although it will set you back a penny or two.
Up front, AT&T is selling the LG G5 for $688, which is quite a bit more than previous LG flagship smartphones and a good $50 or more on top of what other carriers are selling the handset for. On the plus side, AT&T is throwing in a free spare battery and charging dock with the purchase, as are other retailers in the US.
If you would rather split that cost down into more affordable chunks, AT&T has contract offers starting at just $22.97 per month on one of its Next payment plans. AT&T is also running a few deals on some other LG products. The Watch Urbane 2nd Edition can be yours for just $99 on-contract when you buy a G5. Alternatively, you can pick up the LG G Pad X 10.1 tablet for just $50 on-contract, or both if you fancy being completely kitted out in LG tech.
