IFTTT update brings a new look, new channels, and bug fixes
Everyone’s favorite automation app, IFTTT, is receiving a new update to its Android app beginning today. The update brings a slightly revamped interface, over a dozen new channels, improved recipe syncing, and a handful of bug fixes.
Let’s begin with the interface. The improved UI tweaks are small, but make everything a bit easier on the eyes. The icons are more prominent and the text is now in a bolder format, in turn giving the whole app a slightly darker look to it.
The most prominent part of the update resides in the addition of 19 new channels. The new channels include: Todoist, Sina Weibo, Whistle, Slice, Quip, Harmony, Ubi, Rachio Iro, FollowUp,cc, Garage.io, ShopYourWay, Stockimo, Bttn, Printhug, TrackIf, ORBneXt, Dailymotion, Kato.im, Homeboy, and Smappee. What’s more, recipe syncing is much improved in this update, so you should have no problems getting all of your favorite recipes to work on all of your devices.
If you have yet to download IFTTT, we urge you to try it out. The update is rolling out now, so head to the Google Play Store to grab your update!
